3. Refunds

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. Exchanges

* If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item is received and approved.
